Studio Longo

The thirty-year experience of specialised accountants in tax consultancy, book-keeping and auditing services.

It is foremost aimed to Italian and foreign small and medium-sized enterprises, and it provides them a full range of services in the accountancy, administrative and financial field. Its goal is to erase the splitting of outsourced services and to significantly alleviate coordination issues amongst different consultants.

The firm can count on a properly qualified staff that works in an integrated manner, with constant exchange of information; still, individual expertise is a skill Studio Longo leverages on.

Through well-established partnerships with law firms and notary offices, the company also provides high added-value services, such as: assistance in tax litigation proceedings, assistance in the establishment of companies and other exceptional operations.

Our story
The Studio, born in 1994, is situated at the heart of Milan, within walking distance of Duomo and Piazza Affari. It is headed by its own founder, Dr. Andrea Longo, graduated from Luigi Bocconi University, member of the Milan Register of Public Chartered Accountants and registered in the official national list of auditors.

During 2004, the firm successfully enlarged with the continuing and active participation of Studio Troni & Partners; together, we designed a unified professional framework, composed by six senior partners, five young chartered accountants and eleven employees.

Our method
To use what-if analysis to make risk-proof decisions; to face problems from a multidisciplinary perspective through a professional team within and outside the network; to rely on an international network of contacts in order to assist our clients under any circumstances. To ensure clarity in the approach, planning of interventions, process control, continuity, timeliness and growth, the constant aim in the customer relationship management.

  • Assistance for the creation of non-profit-making bodies, foundations, non-profit organisations; selection of the unit that suits to the identified purpose at best; provision of constituent acts, statutes, regulations; attention to statutory and fiscal formalities;
